Only Level 1 users will be able to see the Patient Risk View in the Malaffi Provider Portal.

The Patient Risk View uses AI and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models. The functionality predicts the risk of a patient developing specific chronic conditions or events, based on medical data available in Malaffi including Acute and chronic diagnoses, Encounters, Demographics, Laboratory results and Medications.

This shows the last ten times the patients’ data has been re-calculated and the level of that risk on that date. This will show you if the patients’ risk has changed over time.

This shows the clinical elements that contribute to the patient developing the risk description and the odds ratio given to that element.
