EHNAC HIEAP Accreditation

The Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC), a non-profit, self-governing organisation, awarded Malaffi with accreditation for their Health Information Exchange Accreditation Program (HIEAP), for the first time given to an organisation outside of the USA. HIEAP assesses organisations for their global privacy policies, security measures, technical performance, business practices, and organisational resources. In addition, it reviews the governance structure and how the HIE is managed, ensuring enhanced trust among the healthcare community and patients alike.

Certificate of Information Security Management System - ISO 27001:2013

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an independent, non-governmental organisation, awarded Malaffi the ISO27001: 2013 Certificate, which certifies that Malaffi operates an Information Security Management System which complies with the requirements of the ISO 27001: 2013 standard.

The International Organisation for Standardization (ISO), an independent, non-governmental organisation, awarded Malaffi the ISO22301:2019 Certificate, the International Standard for business continuity management systems, in recognition of Malaffi’s commitment to maintaining effective business continuity capabilities. Having this policy in place helps Malaffi assess the potential impacts of operational disruptions, make the right decision, and utilise an effective response to minimise the overall impact.
