EHNAC HIEAP Accreditation

The Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC), a non-profit, self-governing
organisation, awarded Malaffi with accreditation for their Health Information Exchange Accreditation
Program (HIEAP), for the first time given to an organisation outside of the USA. HIEAP assesses
organisations for their global privacy policies, security measures, technical performance, business
practices, and organisational resources. In addition, it reviews the governance structure and how
the HIE is managed, ensuring enhanced trust among the healthcare community and patients alike.

Certificate of Information Security Management System - ISO 27001:2013

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an independent, non-governmental organisation, awarded Malaffi the ISO27001: 2013 Certificate, which certifies that Malaffi operates an Information Security Management System which complies with the requirements of the ISO 27001: 2013 standard.

CERTIFICATE of Business Continuity Management - ISO 22301:2019

The International Organisation for Standardization (ISO), an independent, non-governmental organisation, awarded Malaffi the ISO22301:2019 Certificate, the International Standard for business continuity management systems, in recognition of Malaffi’s commitment to maintaining effective business continuity capabilities.
Having this policy in place helps Malaffi assess the potential impacts of operational disruptions, make the right decision, and utilise an effective response to minimise the overall impact.

Malaffi has been recognised with its third award from the ZIMAM organization and
its second consecutive award for interoperability, the ZIMAM  “Best Interoperability Project of the Year 2024.”

Conference, this award highlights our commitment to advancing digital health and promoting seamless, secure data sharing across the healthcare ecosystem.

The ZIMAM Award, in collaboration with HIMSS, is a prestigious accolade celebrating

Malaffi has been honored with its second award from the Arab Hospitals Federation

Malaffi was recognised with its second award – The ZIMAM “The Health Data Interoperability Project of the Year 2023”, an initiative of the GCC Taskforce on Workplace Development in Digital Healthcare Conference.

The ZIMAM Award, in collaboration with HIMSS, stands as a prestigious accolade designed to celebrate and honor the most outstanding contributors in the field of digital health. Malaffi was recognised with its first award – The ZIMAM-Elsevier ‘Digital Health Transformation Project of the Year 2020-2021’, an initiative of the GCC Taskforce on Workplace Development in Digital Healthcare Conference.

The ZIMAM Award, in collaboration with Elsevier, aims to recognise and honour the best players in digital health.
The Award is given to organisations that demonstrate the highest quality in eHealth and as a result, have achieved transformations within the region’s healthcare sector – an ambition that resonates closely with the one of Malaffi, which makes receiving such an award so important.
